Work Location: Lot 05 – Lot 06, A2 Zone, Phuong Trang High-Rise Commercial Urban Complex, Nguyen Sinh Sac Street, Hoa Minh Ward, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute content strategies across multiple channels, including websites, blogs, fan pages, email campaigns, and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).

• Create high-quality content such as articles, visuals, videos, and promotional materials to attract customers and increase engagement.

• Collaborate with relevant teams (design, digital marketing, sales) to ensure consistent messaging and achieve campaign objectives.

• Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and content trends to adjust strategies and propose unique content ideas.

• Measure content performance using KPIs (traffic, engagement, lead generation, conversion rate) and prepare detailed reports.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the team leader.

Requirements:

• Experience in developing content for tech products is an advantage.

• Understanding of branding and brand-building strategies.

• Strong writing skills, with creativity and the ability to craft both long and short-form content.

• Creative, dynamic, and enthusiastic mindset.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

• A college degree or higher in Marketing, PR, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

• Deep understanding of customer insights and psychology across diverse demographics.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a content-related role. 

• Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and processes, with the ability to create professional content plans.
