SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

Job description: 

We are looking for an experienced Social Media to join our team. In this role, you will:

• Researching trends, brainstorming creative ideas for communication campaigns, and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. 
• Managing content distribution schedules across media channels. 
• Creating, curating, and managing content on all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). 
• Writing copy and briefing visual content ideas, video scripts for media channels. 
• Creating content for related communication aspects (slogans, PR articles, proposals, etc.). 
• Proposing and overseeing the execution of marketing communication activities according to campaigns. 
• Conducting post-campaign evaluation reports. 
• Analyzing social media metrics, providing detailed information, and proposing improvements. 
• Collaborating with the marketing team to synchronize social media efforts with overall marketing goals. 
• Updating trends, tools, and best practices in social media communication. 
• Engaging with online communities, responding to comments and messages, and fostering positive interactions.

Requirements:

• Experience of 1-2 years demonstrating expertise in Social Media Specialist or similar roles, with preference for candidates who have worked in Affiliate Marketing, E-commerce, SaaS industries. 
• IELTS 6.5 or equivalent English proficiency. 
• Basic knowledge of Branding, Communications, and Marketing. 
• Fluency in both Vietnamese and English with wordplay abilities. 
• Strong aesthetic sense and creative thinking. 
• Quick and adept at identifying new trends. 
• Excellent storytelling skills for brands. 
• Capability in competitor research & analysis; Campaign management and deployment. 
• High sense of responsibility towards assigned tasks. 
• Proactive with a willingness to accept new challenges for learning. 
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, and efficient in tasks with a swift pace. 
• Creative thinking and breakthrough ideation skills. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal interaction skills. 
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields, with preference given to those in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related disciplines.
