Manual Tester

Working Hours: 08:00 – 12:00, 13:30 – 17:30, Monday to Friday

Work Location: Lot 05 – Lot 06 Area A2, Phuong Trang high-rise commercial urban complex, Nguyen Sinh Sac Street, Hoa Minh Ward, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang, Vietnam

Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

Participate in the development of the company’s products, including receiving and analyzing project requirements from the product research and development team.
Create test plans, write test cases, and prepare test data for the company’s products.
Execute software testing based on test cases, identify bugs, and document issues.
Manage and analyze test results to ensure product quality.
Review and verify the final product before deploying production.
Provide timely and detailed reports on the product’s progress and quality to department heads.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that product quality meets business requirements.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors or department leaders.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in software testing.
Education: A college or university degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in testing tools such as Charles and Postman.
- Strong experience in API and database testing.
- Deep understanding of software development processes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of testing stages (Unit Test, Integration Test, System Test, Acceptance Test, etc.).
Soft Skills:
- Logical thinking and quick understanding of business concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- A proactive attitude, professionalism, and high responsibility.
Language Skills: Proficiency in reading and writing English.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

Experience in product-oriented projects, particularly in Affiliate Marketing or SaaS platforms.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
Hands-on experience in deploying projects with a large user base.
Possession of relevant Tester certifications.
Knowledge or experience with Automation Testing is a plus.
