Sales Development Representative (Junior/Middle)

Working Hours: 08:00 – 12:00, 13:30 – 17:30, Monday to Friday

Work Location:

  • Remote (Base HCM or Ha Noi)

  • Onssite at headquarters: Lot 05 – Lot 06, A2 Zone, Phuong Trang High-Rise Commercial Urban Complex, Nguyen Sinh Sac Street, Hoa Minh Ward, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities:

  • Educate and qualify prospects about our transformative technology and the solution Impact provides for their marketing challenges

  • Create opportunities for our business development team through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling techniques

  • Work closely with Business Development Consultants to build a pipeline for Permate Global’s products

  • Track and manage prospects through CRM (Hubspot)

  • Participate in team meetings, networking, trade show events and activities to grow the business

  • Providing valuable market and product feedback to continue to drive Permate Global’s business development strategy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • Experience in any customer-facing service industry (retail, telesales, real-estate etc.)

  • Excited by the prospect of getting an incredible amount of experience with all critical business functions – Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Client Services, Product and Technology

  • Proficient in various sales techniques, including cold calling and delivering engaging presentations.

  • Experience within performance, partner, affiliate marketing or SaaS is a plus

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (ideally Hubspot)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

  • Above all else – hungry, humble and smart. Self-motivated and can get passionate about marketing & technology

  • Salary:  Base salary (8 -10 Mil) + Commission

  • Annual performance and salary reviews (salary increments every 6 months based on capability).
