Sales Development Representative (Junior/Middle)

Work Location:
Remote (Base HCM or Ha Noi)
Onssite at headquarters: Lot 05 – Lot 06, A2 Zone, Phuong Trang High-Rise Commercial Urban Complex, Nguyen Sinh Sac Street, Hoa Minh Ward, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities:
Educate and qualify prospects about our transformative technology and the solution Impact provides for their marketing challenges
Create opportunities for our business development team through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling techniques
Work closely with Business Development Consultants to build a pipeline for Permate Global’s products
Track and manage prospects through CRM (Hubspot)
Participate in team meetings, networking, trade show events and activities to grow the business
Providing valuable market and product feedback to continue to drive Permate Global’s business development strategy
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience in any customer-facing service industry (retail, telesales, real-estate etc.)
Excited by the prospect of getting an incredible amount of experience with all critical business functions – Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Client Services, Product and Technology
Proficient in various sales techniques, including cold calling and delivering engaging presentations.
Experience within performance, partner, affiliate marketing or SaaS is a plus
Familiarity with CRM systems (ideally Hubspot)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Above all else – hungry, humble and smart. Self-motivated and can get passionate about marketing & technology

Salary: Base salary (8 -10 Mil) + Commission
Annual performance and salary reviews (salary increments every 6 months based on capability).
