Onssite at headquarters: Lot 05 – Lot 06, A2 Zone, Phuong Trang High-Rise Commercial Urban Complex, Nguyen Sinh Sac Street, Hoa Minh Ward, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities:
Publisher Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard mega affiliates, mass media publishers, multichannel networks, ad networks, coupon & deals, cashback & rewards, mobile partners, and performance marketing agencies
- Acquiring and recruiting other publishers in mass (bloggers, content creators, influencers, comparison sites,..)
- Guide new publishers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition onto our platform.
Publisher Management & Growth:
- Develop a deep understanding of each publisher’s business model and present tailored solutions to maximize their revenue potential.
- Strategically manage and expand your portfolio of publisher relationships to drive GMV, active rates, and platform revenue.
Revenue Generation:
- Build strong partnerships with key publishers by offering customized solutions that align with their goals and our platform’s capabilities.
- Create and implement revenue strategies to help publishers maximize their earnings and achieve their growth targets.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure publisher performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and insights to publishers, highlighting their progress and revenue growth.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a seamless publisher experience and maximize platform potential.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback and insights for platform improvements.
Team Building & Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing publisher management team from the ground up.
- Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to team members to ensure their success.
Other Duties:
- Review, improve and provide feedback on the help documentation and process
- Continually enhance your knowledge of technical setups and technology.
- Act as client-facing project manager
- Check that each client has a complete “final review” before going live
- Escalate issues to managers as needed.
- Share best practices
- Continually educating on industry knowledge
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, publisher management, or business development, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
- Proven track record of recruiting and managing high-performing publishers or affiliates.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms, tracking tools, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Market Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of Vietnam’s digital marketing landscape, including key players and trends.
- Experience working with brands in Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, Education, F&B, Healthcare, Hospitality, Gaming, and Mobile Apps is a plus.
- Language:
- Fluency in English is required
- Mindset:

- Education:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent working experience
