Job Responsibilities:

Publisher Recruitment & Onboarding

• Support in identifying and reaching out to potential publishers (including bloggers, content creators, influencers, media partners, comparison sites, etc.).
• Assist in onboarding new publishers and ensuring a smooth integration onto our platform.
• Maintain accurate records of publisher onboarding and engagement activities.

Publisher Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned publishers.
• Understand each publisher’s needs and support them in optimizing their performance on Permate’s platform.
  Coordinate with internal teams to resolve publisher issues or requests in a timely manner.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Monitor daily performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion, revenue).                                                           
• Assist in preparing performance reports and providing optimization suggestions.

Publisher Revenue Development

• Support the development and execution of strategies to maximize publisher revenue based on their business models and strengths.
• Provide publishers with insights and tailored recommendations to help grow their GMV and engagement on the platform.
• Collaborate with the team to propose incentive schemes and growth programs to boost publisher motivation and results.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver campaigns and solutions that align with publisher needs.
• Share publisher feedback to help improve platform features and processes.

Process & Knowledge Development

• Contribute to refining onboarding and management processes.
• Stay up to date with affiliate marketing trends and best practices.
• Share insights and learning with the wider team.

Requirements:

Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, business development, or a related field.
• Previous experience working with influencers, bloggers, or publishers is a plus.
• Preferred: Experience working in companies in the MMO (Make Money Online) space.

Skills:

• Good understanding of affiliate or performance marketing is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic data analysis skills (e.g., using Excel or similar tools).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Mindset:

• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Team player with a can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Goal-oriented and open to receiving feedback.

Language:

• Fluency in English and Vietnamese (written and spoken).

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
