Sales Development Representative (Junior/Middle)

Work Location:
Remote (Base HCM or Ha Noi)
Onssite at headquarters: Lot 05 – Lot 06, A2 Zone, Phuong Trang High-Rise Commercial Urban Complex, Nguyen Sinh Sac Street, Hoa Minh Ward, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities:
- Educate and qualify prospects about our transformative technology and the solution Impact provides for their marketing challenges
- Create opportunities for our business development team through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling techniques
- Work closely with Business Development Consultants to build a pipeline for Permate Global’s products
- Track and manage prospects through CRM (Hubspot)
- Participate in team meetings, networking, trade show events and activities to grow the business
- Providing valuable market and product feedback to continue to drive Permate Global’s business development strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Experience in any customer-facing service industry (retail, telesales, real-estate etc.)
- Excited by the prospect of getting an incredible amount of experience with all critical business functions – Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Client Services, Product and Technology
- Proficient in various sales techniques, including cold calling and delivering engaging presentations.
- Experience within performance, partner, affiliate marketing or SaaS is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems (ideally Hubspot)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Above all else – hungry, humble and smart. Self-motivated and can get passionate about marketing & technology

- Salary: Base salary (8 -10 Mil) + Commission
- Annual performance and salary reviews (salary increments every 6 months based on capability).
