How do Brands Contact Partners on Permate?

When necessary, Brands can directly contact their Partners via email or phone call to discuss work issues or enhance their cooperation. At Permate, we encourage open dialogue between Brands and Partners to optimize campaign outcomes.

1. Viewing Partner Contact Information on Permate: #

To access Partner details, follow these simple instructions:

Step 1: Navigate to the left-hand menu bar and hover over the Management section. Select the Partner tab.

Step 2: Filter Partners in two ways:

  • Use Method 1: Filter by cooperation status (Working, Stopped, Blocked, Processing).
  • Use Method 2: Utilize the search bar to find a specific Partner by name.

Step 3: Click on the Partner’s name shown in blue within the Overview Panel on your screen.

Step 4: On the right corner of the screen, the Partner Details frame will appear. Here, you’ll find the Partner’s registered Email and Phone Number with Permate.

2. Copying Partner Contact Information on Permate: #

If needed, Brands can conveniently copy the Partner’s Email and Phone Number quickly by selecting the respective boxes. You have successfully copied when the screen shows Copied.

By following these steps, you can ensure seamless communication and collaboration between you and your Partners on Permate.
