Effective management of multiple campaigns is extremely necessary for Brand development. With the Offer Group feature, Permate will help you simplify managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. From there, provide Brands with an effective working structure to easily monitor your campaign chain.

1. What is an Offer Group? #
When a Brand has many offers with the same characteristics such as using the same creative materials, all have the same list of cooperation Partners,…. Brands can group offers with the same criteria for easy management on Permate.
2. How to create an Offer Group on Permate #
Step 1: From the Offer menu bar on the left side of the screen, select Offer Group.
Step 2: Select the + New Offer Group button.
Step 3: Fill in the following fields:
- Name*: the name you want to give to the Campaign Group
- Status*: is the Active or Inactive status of the Group
- Internal notes: notes you want to send to the Campaign Team
- Offer Selection*: select the offers you want to group together
- Permate will display available offers and to search for a specific offer, please enter the offer name in the search bar.
- You can also manage selections by choosing Select All or Clear all available offers.
- You can add a maximum of 10 offers.
⚠️ Note: Fields marked with (*) are mandatory. Ensure all required fields are filled for successful Offer Group creation.
Step 4: Select Create once completed.
