Introducing Offer Status on Permate

Campaign status on Permate is the operational status of all the campaigns you have been working on. There are a total of 5 campaign activity statuses on Permate:

  • Active
  • Paused
  • Pending
  • Selected
  • Deactivated

1. Active

Active status shows that your campaign/ offer is still operative by the Advertiser/Brand. Your Partner’s task is to promote these Active offers and Advertisers can record your performance.

In addition, Advertisers can set up activity schedules for offers. Therefore, if the offer is in Paused or Pending status with a Start Time setting, the campaign status will automatically be changed to Active at 0:00 on the day the Advertiser has set.

⚠️Note: Partners will receive notifications of Active offer activities and changes in the following cases:

When Advertiser changes the status of the offer that Partner joined

2. Paused

Paused status means that Advertiser stops the offer for many reasons, such as strategic purposes, troubleshooting offers, or operations issues.

What happens when a campaign is “Paused”?

  • Setting schedules and activity reports for the offer will be paused.
  • Partners cannot direct traffic to the offer’s Landing page. However, Test cases will still work.

3. Pending

Pending is a Campaign that is waiting for confirmation from Advertisers or waiting for them to complete the offer settings. While in the Pending status, Advertisers can run test links to check the completion of the offer settings before switching to the Active status.

Partners can also add, edit, or copy to suit the campaign’s goals.

4. Delected

Campaigns removed from the list of offers to be scheduled for promotion or currently promoted will be labeled Delected. Note that, all tracking links will not work if Campaigns is Delected. Partners can edit Deleted campaigns.

⚠️Note

  • With Paused, Pending, and Delected offers, Partners will receive notifications on the Partner’s Offers page and via Email and Permate Notifications when Advertiser changes its status.
  • If the Offer is being Pause or Pending and has a Start Time setting, the status will automatically change to Active when it reaches 0:00 on the Start Time date.

5. Deactived

A Deactived campaign is an offer that has expired according to the schedule set by Advertiser. All settings and tracking links will be disabled once a Campaign is Deactivated. These are usually offers that have completed Advertiser’s plan.

⚠️Note: The campaign will be moved to Deactived status at 23:59 on the End date schedule that Advertiser has set up.
