It provides the necessary tools and insights to:
- Track conversion metrics in a visual and intuitive way.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of your activities and partnerships with Brands.
- Analyze data to optimize your business strategy and strengthen collaboration.
I. Purpose of the Conversion Report #
The Conversion Report is designed to:
- Help Agencies track their business performance in real time.
- Manage and reconcile payments transparently and efficiently.
- Provide analytical insights to assess collaboration results and identify new growth opportunities.
II. Agency Reporting Interfaces #
1. Agency Dashboard #
The Dashboard gives an overview of Agency performance, including:
- Brand performance metrics: Clicks, Conversions, Payout, and CR (Conversion Rate).
- Revenue chart: Displays payout trends over time.
- Top Performance Ranking: Highlights top-performing Brands and Offers.
- Conversion by Hour Analysis: Visualizes conversion activity across different time ranges.
- Top Referrals: Lists the most effective traffic sources.
- Conversion Summary: Shows total Conversions (Approved, Rejected, Pending) grouped by time intervals in chart view.
2. Partnership Management → Tab: Brand #
- Displays the list of Brands currently partnered with the Agency.
- Includes performance metrics such as Clicks, Conversions, Payout, and CR.
- Clicking a Brand name redirects you to its detailed profile on the Marketplace.
3. Agency Marketplace #
Provides detailed insights into Offers and Brands, allowing Agencies to analyze collaboration potential.
- Offer Details: Displays 30-day data on Clicks, Conversions, EPC (Earnings per Click), and CR.
- Brand Details: Shows brand-level performance metrics using the same indicators.
- Includes data across Pending, Approved, and Rejected statuses.
III. Key Performance Metrics #
| Metric | Description |
| Clicks | Total number of clicks, grouped by time. |
| Conversions | Total number of conversions, including Approved, Rejected, and Pending. |
| Payout | Total payout value for all conversions by status (Pending, Approved, Rejected). |
| Conversion Rate (CR) | Ratio = (Conversions / Clicks) × 100%. Only valid when a conversion is associated with a click. |
| EPC (Earnings per Click) | Average earnings per click = Payout / Clicks. |
| Approval Rate | Ratio = (Approved / Total Conversions) × 100%. |

Charts #
- Line Chart: Displays Clicks and Payout trends over time.
- Bar Chart: Shows distribution by Partner Type, Geo-location, or potential fraud indicators.
- Radar Chart: Provides a holistic view of performance metrics (Clicks, Conversions, EPC, CR).
Data Tables #
- Display detailed information for Top Brands / Top Offers, Conversion Board, and Top Referrals.
Time Filter #
- Allows users to select a custom time range for performance analysis.
Time Zone Selector #
- Adjusts data display according to your business time zone for better local context.
Update Frequency #
- Statistical data is refreshed daily.
- Offer, Event, Creative, Review, and Brand information is updated in real time.
Conversion Board updates instantly whenever a new conversion is recorded.
