For your workflow to operate optimally, it’s important to register offers and partnership applications in Permate’s Management channel. Partners can easily register Offers on our system and acquire updates quickly via the Application tab. Your Offers are carefully reviewed by Permate, thereby protecting your rights.
First of all, you should add a new Application on Permate. Learn in detail how to operate in section 2 of the article about the Manager channel.
Once you register a new application on Permate, you need to wait for Brand to review the application and agree to cooperate with you. Therefore, Partners must regularly monitor and update information in the Management feature on Permate to operate your account smoothly.
To review the Pending Application you have sent to Brand on Permate, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Filter Applications at the right corner of the screen in 3 ways:
Choose the time you register that Offer with the Brand
- Enter the Brand or Offer name you want in the search bar.
- Filter by Offer status:
- Pending: Your applications have not been responded to by Brand.
- Approved: Brand accepts your Applications and agrees to cooperate with you.
- Rejected: Brand rejected your Cooperation Application.
Step 2: Select the Brand Name you want to review in the table.
Step 3: A Detailed Information window will appear on the screen. Here, you can view information about the Brand, Offer, Terms & Conditions, Messages, Questionnaires,… This information can help you better understand the reason behind Brand approval or Rejection to cooperate with you.
⚠️Note:
- If the application is in Approved status, the system will automatically update to Permate and you can start your work immediately if wanted.
- If the application is in Pause or Rejected status, you don’t have to take any action.
