How to Approve & Reject conversion on Permate?

Conversion is any user-generated event deemed valuable by an offer owner. In addition to updating conversions, one of the other important features that help Brands manage conversions on Permate is the ability to review conversions. After checking your existing conversions, Brands can choose to Reject unwanted conversions or Approve the conversions you want.

Conversion statuses on Permate #

Permate allows Brands to check 4 conversion statuses:

  • Organic: are conversions from unpaid search engine results when users enter keywords into search engines such as Google, Yahoo, Bing,… and click on to access the Brand’s website. Brands can only Export Organic conversion and cannot perform any other Approve or Reject actions
  • Approved: are conversions that you have Approved. If necessary, Brands can still Rejected these conversions.
  • Rejected: these are conversions you have rejected and you can also Approved these conversions.
  • Pending: are conversions waiting for you to Approve or Rejected.

How to Approve and Reject Conversions on Permate #

Step 1: From the Report menu on the left of the screen, select Conversion.

Step 2: Select the Conversion Status tab.

Step 3: Use filters to filter and view by conversion status Approved, Rejected, or Pending.

Step 4: Tick the conversion box you want and select Approved or Rejected as desired.

⚠️ Note: If the action box is grayed out, it means you cannot perform that action. 

Step 5: A notification panel will appear on the screen. Select Yes to confirm the selection you just made. The system will automatically update the status of the selected conversion.

Notes when Approving and Rejecting conversions on Permate  #

  • Conversion may automatically be rejected by the Permate system if the User undoes the action already performed or requests a refund after purchasing a product or service.
  • If an offer contains approved conversions, you can continue to Approved or Rejected other Pending conversions of the offer.
  • When a conversion is Pending, Partners will not see that conversion in their statistics. However, Partners can still view Pending conversions if the Brand allows them to.
  • If you want to reject or approve more than five conversions at one time, you can use the checkbox on the left of each conversion row and select the desired conversions you want to update. Once selected, click either Approve or Reject, depending on which action you want to take. This updates the selected conversions to the status you selected.
