The Applications screen is where you can interact with partners who have proposed new custom contract terms or new partners who have applied to your program. Here, you can view applicants’ media properties and audience insights and accept or decline their applications and more.
Here’s how to check Partner Registration Applications on Permate:
- Accessing the Application Management:
- Navigate to the Management menu located on the left side of your screen.
- Click on the Application tab to proceed.
- Choosing the Partner:
Locate the Partner’s name under the Partner Name column that you wish to manage.
- Viewing Application Details:
Click on the Partner’s name to open the Application Details pane. Here, brands can view comprehensive information including:
- Partner Information: Provides a detailed overview including Introduction, Statistics, Properties, Reviews, Performance, and other relevant details.
- Offer Name: Displays the name of the campaign or offer the Partner is interested in.
- Request Date: Indicates when the Partner submitted the Cooperation Registration Form.
- Status: Shows the current status of the Registration Application:
- Pending: Waiting for your review and decision.
- Approved: Indicates you have accepted the Partner’s cooperation request.
- Rejected: Denotes that you have declined the Partner’s cooperation invitation.
- Questionnaires and Messages related to the application.
- Action on the Application:
After reviewing the Partner’s Registration Application, you can choose to:
- Approve: Agree to cooperate with the Partner.
- Reject: Decline the Partner’s invitation.
- Cancel: If more time is needed to consider, you can select the Cancel button to close the Details box.
⚠️ Note: If Brand wishes to reconsider a previously approved or rejected Partner Application, they can revise their decision at any time, provided that the Offer the Partner applied for remains active. This flexibility allows brands on Permate to adapt their partnership preferences as needed, ensuring ongoing alignment with their business objectives and current strategies.
