  1. Related notes Wirebank Partner needs to pay attention to

Wirebank is generally a safe and secure form of payment, as long as you know who you need to transfer or receive money from. Using a legitimate bank transfer service is extremely important as each individual participating in a bank transfer transaction must prove their identity.

However, Partners should still pay attention to the following issues to avoid unfortunate events:

  • Transactions should only be made on the official website or App of the bank you have registered with.
  • Please do not share payment information with anyone.
  • When transferring money or receiving money from a bank account, you should carefully learn about the money transfer policy and store relevant invoices.
  • Partners should always ensure that notifications are enabled for Payments when Customizing your Notification Settings on Permate to receive timely notifications about the changes in your account transactions.
  • With your default Wirebank payment account on Permate, if related transactions occur, we will send you notifications via email and through your Notifications section on Permate.
  • Check your emails, notifications and receipt/transfer invoices regularly to avoid omissions or detect problems promptly.
  • If you have issues related to Wirebank and payments on Permate, please contact our staff or administrators immediately by submitting a Support Request to Permate for timely support.
