1. Overview #
The Partner Management screen serves as the central hub for all collaboration information between the Agency and its Brands.
From this interface, Agencies can:
- View the list of Brands currently under collaboration.
- Track and manage contracts between both parties.
- Perform key management actions, including:
- Viewing contract details.
- Logging directly into the Brand account for support purposes.
- Terminating a partnership when necessary.
- Exporting data related to managed Brands.
🎯 Purpose:
This module helps Agencies gain a complete overview of their partnership status, efficiently manage relationships, and handle operational processes with Brands seamlessly.
2. Viewing Brand List #
To view the list of Brands under your management:
- Navigate to the main menu → select Partner Management.
- Choose the Brands tab.
- A table listing all active Brand partnerships will appear.
🔍 Tip:
- Click a Brand name to view its detailed information.
- You can also search for the Brand by name under the Marketplace tab.
3. Brand Management Actions #
📝 View Contract #
- Select a Brand from the list → click View Contract.
- Use this when you need to quickly access the current partnership contract details.
🔑 Login to Brand Account #
This feature allows the Agency to log in directly to a Brand’s account to provide operational or technical support.
System Behavior:
- Upon successful login, a new browser tab opens with the Brand account.
- The previous tab remains logged in as the Agency.
- The system supports parallel logins for both Agency and Brand accounts.
- However, only one Brand account can be accessed at a time.
- If the Agency logs into Brand B while already in Brand A, the Brand A tab will show a “Session Timeout” message.
Access Permissions:
Defined within the Contract Details → Permissions section.
🛑 Terminate Contract #
The Terminate function allows the Agency to end a partnership with a Brand.
Location:
- Button available under Partnership Management → Brand Tab.
Termination Process:
- Click Terminate → a Contract Termination modal will appear.
- The modal displays:
- A warning message outlining potential risks.
- Contract Summary: Start date, end date, duration, and last update.
- “Terminate Date” dropdown: Choose a termination date (format: MMM dd, yyyy).
- Cancel and Confirm Terminate buttons.
Notes:
- Both Agency and Brand can request termination.
- If both request termination, the earlier date will be prioritized.
- The termination date can still be adjusted if the contract is in Pending status.
After Termination:
- Contract status changes to Terminated.
- Both parties officially stop collaboration.
- Buttons like Reject, Approve, Terminate, and Update will no longer appear.
📤 Export Data #
This function allows Agencies to export a complete dataset of the Brands they manage.
Useful for record-keeping, auditing, or offline data analysis.
