Click Fraud
Clicking on one’s own affiliate link or using bots to generate fake clicks to increase revenue from the affiliate link.
Deceiving Customers
Promoting products or services with inaccurate or misleading information to attract customers. This includes falsifying offer details, faking product names or manufacturers, or deliberately changing the origin of the product.
Using Copied Content
Copying content from other sources without permission or using someone else’s content to insert affiliate links.
Spamming
Sending unwanted emails or messages containing affiliate links to users without their consent. Repeatedly inserting affiliate links in unrelated places.
Non-compliance with Program Terms
Violating the terms and conditions of the affiliate program, such as promoting products on prohibited channels or using content beyond the program’s requirements.
Improper Optimization
Using invalid SEO tactics, such as keyword stuffing or building unnatural links.
Creating Fake Websites/Channels
Creating fake websites or channels or impersonating someone else’s brand to deceive customers.
Impersonating Advertisers to Promote Products
Impersonating an advertiser’s communication channels to promote products, deceiving customers into thinking they are purchasing from the actual advertiser.
Using Deceptive Ads
Creating advertisements that do not accurately reflect the actual content or product, such as using unrelated images or videos.
Manipulating Reviews
Writing or hiring others to write fake reviews for a product without having any real experience with it.
Abusing Offers
Creating multiple accounts to exploit offers or promotions in the affiliate program.
Linking to Inappropriate Content
Promoting products to an inappropriate audience or in an irrelevant context.
Promoting on Inappropriate Websites/Platforms
Using websites with inappropriate content, such as pornographic sites or sites containing misleading information.
Violating Customer Privacy
Collecting or using customer information without their consent.
Altering Affiliate Links
Changing affiliate links to redirect customers to one’s own site instead of the actual product.
Reselling Behavior
Engaging in hoarding or reselling suppliers’ products to make illegitimate profits.
- Violations of Permate Brand Policy
Using Permate’s Image for Personal Commerce
Using the brand’s image, logo, design, sound, music, data, interface, materials, etc., of Permate for selling paid courses or other commercial activities.
Misleading Communication about Permate
Spreading false information, exaggerating, or misleading users about Permate’s message, obligations, or campaigns, or encouraging others to join Permate under false pretenses.
Penalty Policy
Three Levels of Warnings:
- Level 1 Warning: For publishers who violate one of the 17 behaviors mentioned in Section I for the first time.
- Level 2 Warning: For publishers who repeat one of the 17 behaviors in Section I for the second time or violate a significant behavior for the first time.
- Level 3 Warning: For publishers who continue to violate one of the 17 behaviors in Section I more than twice or commit serious violations.
Penalties at each level:
- Level 1 Warning:
- Notification to remind the publisher.
- Cancel commission for the corresponding campaign.
- Removal from the campaign.
- Level 2 Warning:
- Notification to remind the publisher.
- Cancel commission for the corresponding campaign.
- Removal from the campaign.
- Level 3 Warning:
- Notification to remind the publisher.
- Cancel commission for the corresponding campaign.
- Cancel all accrued commissions.
- Removal from the campaign.
- Account deletion review.
In cases where violations result in damages, the publisher will be responsible for remediation and compensation.
*Damages will be calculated based on Permate’s and the brands’ assessments.
**For behaviors in Section II, the penalty will start at Level 3.
