I. Registering and Logging into Your Agency Account #
1. Registering an Account #
To start using the Permate platform as an Agency, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Permate homepage: https://permate.com
Step 2: Click “Log In” at the top right corner of the page, then select “Agency” to proceed to the registration section.
Step 3: Fill in all required information in the registration form and click “Submit” to create your account.

Step 4: Check your email inbox for a verification email from Permate. Enter the verification code provided to activate your account.
Step 5: Once activated, log in to your account and begin setting up your agency profile.
2. Logging into Your Account #
If you already have an account, logging in is simple:
Step 1: Visit https://permate.com
Step 2: Click the “Log In” button.
Step 3: Enter your Email and Password registered with Permate.
Step 4: Click “Log In” to access your account and start using Permate’s features.

3. Forgot Your Password? #
If you forget your password, you can easily reset it by following these steps:
Step 1: Click “Forgot Password” on the login page.
Step 2: Enter the Email you used to register, then click “Submit”.
Step 3: Check your inbox — you will receive an email containing a password reset link.
Step 4: Click the link and follow the instructions to set a new password.

📌 Notes:
- The verification or password reset email may appear in your Spam or Promotions folder — please check there if you don’t see it in your inbox.
If you haven’t received the email within 5 minutes, you can click “Resend Code” to receive a new one.
